ISO is in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team at the New York City office. This role is on-site full time. Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish (both written and spoken) proficiency is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
