Overview

**Students must currently be enrolled in a college or university and fluent in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese are a plus). This role requires 5 days onsite.**

ISO is in search of a Customer Service Intern to join their team at the New York City office this summer!  

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the development of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and customer guides.
  • Stay informed on company policies, insurance regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance or a willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
