The Operations Analyst is a key member of the operations team; supporting processes and project implementations.

 

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a demonstrated drive for personal success, and the functional aptitude to learn new responsibilities with proficiency.

 

**This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office**

Responsibilities

  • Operations Compliance Support – Surplus Lines Reporting Functions
  • Support the successful delivery of IT/Operations initiatives.
  • Assist in, and where appropriate, lead Operations projects and initiatives.
  • Provide project and initiatives support.
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and present solutions to management team.
  • Provide analytical support for best business practices across all company departments.
  • Work with business partners and functional areas to gather information and provide solution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.
  • Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
