Sr. Operations Analyst (Insurance)

The Sr. Operations Analyst is an experienced member of the Operations IT team.

In this role, the Sr. Operations Analyst will align with leadership and business partners on projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 6 plus years’ Operations Analyst experience or similar insurance analyst experience, ability to manage projects independently, has a drive for personal success, and has the functional aptitude to learn new responsibilities with proficiency. 

**This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office**

• Partner with leaders in the development of new systems or processes.
• Lead the successful delivery of IT/Operations initiatives.
• Support and maintain assigned Policy Administration Systems.
• Support/lead Operations projects and initiatives.
• Vendor management of professional services.
• Identify workflow/system improvements and present solutions to the management team.
• Provide analytical support for best business practices across all company departments.
• Work with segment leaders and functional areas to gather information and provide solutions.
• Develop release notes and user training documentation.
• Provide user training and support.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• 6 plus years Operations Analyst experience (or similar insurance analyst experience).
• Prior insurance experience, highly preferred.
• ISO Commercial Property and Casualty rating and forms knowledge.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.
• Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy.
